Log into your MiniBeast account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition.

Apply Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
